No Refund Policy & Processing Timeline

Effective Immediately | Payment Serves as Digital Signature & Agreement

Due to the immediate and labor-intensive nature of our services—including research, legal compliance, document preparation, and communication with third-party agencies—all payments made to Prosonus Solutions are final, non-refundable, and serve as confirmation that you agree to the terms below.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding, and you agree to be bound by its provisions under the laws of the State of Texas.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments submitted to Prosonus Solutions are final and non-refundable. Our services begin promptly upon payment, which includes administrative setup, file creation, agency outreach, and legal research. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including perceived dissatisfaction, delays caused by third parties, or incomplete results stemming from client non-responsiveness.

2. Service Start and Processing Timeline

Services are considered started at the earliest of the following:

Intake form submission
File creation in our system
First outgoing communication initiated on your behalf
Assignment of a case number or project lead

Standard processing may take up to 20 business days from the date of payment. However, this timeline is an estimate and may be extended due to:

Delays from third-party agencies (e.g., DMV, IRS, insurance)
Incomplete, missing, or incorrect documents from the client
Verification or legal compliance issues outside our control

During this period, you agree to cooperate fully, respond timely, and allow Prosonus Solutions the access and space required to complete services thoroughly and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Dispute Policy & Chargeback Consequences

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment while services are active or within the processing period constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

If a chargeback is filed:

We will respond with all evidence of services rendered, including communication logs, forms, and project progress.
You will forfeit any rights to work product, drafts, filings, or submissions completed.
We reserve the right to pursue the matter via civil litigation, small claims court, or collections.
Additional fees may apply if your dispute results in financial or reputational damage to our business.

You agree not to file a chargeback as a method to bypass this No Refund Policy.

4. Mediation and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to mediation as the first step, to be held virtually or in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each party shall bear their own mediation costs unless otherwise ordered.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

5. Hold Harmless & Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that Prosonus Solutions depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You agree to:

Submit truthful, accurate, and timely information
Cooperate with all document requests
Hold Prosonus Solutions harmless for any errors or delays caused by misinformation, omission, or lack of response on your part

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by agency errors, mail delivery issues, or third-party delays beyond our control.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

Prosonus Solutions reserves the right to pause or terminate services without refund if:

You fail to provide required information or documents within 15 business days
You are non-responsive to communications
You submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
You breach any provision of this agreement

In such cases, any work completed to that point remains the property of Prosonus Solutions and may not be used or replicated.

7. Ownership of Work Product

All work, filings, documents, designs, and research completed by Prosonus Solutions remain intellectual property of the company until:

Full payment has cleared
No disputes or chargebacks are pending

Use of our work product without authorization or in breach of payment terms is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Client Acknowledgment

By submitting payment to Prosonus Solutions, you:

Confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy & Processing Timeline
Authorize Prosonus Solutions to begin work immediately
Understand that payment serves as your digital signature for this agreement
Agree not to initiate any refund or chargeback requests in violation of these terms

🔒 LEGAL NOTICE

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas, and client agrees to waive jurisdiction elsewhere.
